I planted seeds in 16 flasks today. I stuck with the 15 drops of peroxide since that seemed to be just about right.

I had a flask of brassavola cucullata that was contaminated (actually 2 of them). One of them was really bad, so I just opened that one up and cleaned it out so I could re-use the flask later.
The other one just had a small amount of contamination. I had my flasking tank set up, and thought that maybe I could cut out the bad part and leave the rest. It was pretty easy to do, but I am not sure how successful it will be – I should know in a week or so. This also gave me a chance to break out the microscope again and take a look at the little plants that were in the contaminated zone.
